With the incorporation of the latest CAD/CAM technologies, we can provide complex mechanised solutions in the precision of both milling and turning.
The main applications where we are currently using this type of technology are in the automotive sector, in the machining of surfaces for moulds, and in the manufacture of prototypes using metallic materials (stainless steel).
Moreover, with the incorporation of High Speed Machining, we have gone a step further in the quality of our services, obtaining a greater precision in outlines, better quality in surfaces, more precise dimensional tolerance and the consequent reduction in the time of machining. In addition, we are also able to mechanise hardened materials (>50HRc), avoiding a later treatment in surface after the mechanising process.
