Soft Materials
Recently we have incorporated into our service portfolio machining soft materials after the acquisition of a machine equipped with five axes controlled which allows us to machine parts of high volume (3500 x 3500 x 4000) without having to make change of position.
We understand those non-ferrous soft materials, among which are wood, expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), polypropylene foam, polyurethane resins and resins machinable, pastes, foams, etc ...
Some of the applications in which we are currently working on are: machining of prototypes, models for casting machining (industrial and artistic), molds, CNC-sculpting, packaging, ephemeral architecture, models, etc ...
We have CAD / CAM software for machining complex surfaces and 3D digitized equipment in the short and medium range from which we make specific software reverse engineering for subsequent machining.
